You can only meld 4s, 6s, 9s, 10s, Qs, and Aces.
You may use wilds with your melds, but all other cards are discards only.
You do not have to meld in any specific order and do not need all cards melded in order to canasta.
If you make a natural canasta or collect all four red 3s, you bite your opponent and automatically win.
If you discard or continue playing you lose the auto win and must complete the game.
